I have been trying to figure out how to get photos to look like this.

I understand how he did all the editing of the clouds and wall as he shows there, but he doesnt say how he gets the the car and ground to look like that. Can anyone give me any pointers on how this can be done?

Well, he probably used photo filters and high contrast stuff here and there. The thing that comes off at the top of my head is that he probably used colour blendings. I'll link you to a tut later.
