I know this a photoshop forum and I'm pretty sure this was done with Photoshop. Although I use PSP, I may be able to revise the steps.
Can anyone figure out how the hands in this image was achieved? I have PSP v8 and have tried all kinds of effects with no luck. I have seen the same effect done on a horse also.

I'd say the hands are drawn and painted (it helps to be an artist). The rest of the image is a composite. |
