Hey, guys. I'm having trouble completing part of the following tutorial.
http://psd.tutsplus.com/tutorials/tutorials-effects/creating-a-vinyl-record-in-photoshop/
The trouble begins with Step 3 when it says to operate in "Shape Layers". I've done some searching online and I can't seem to find any information on how to activate shape layers in CS4. I've seen the icon I'm supposed to click, but I can't find it in CS4. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

get too your shapes here, bottom option in dropdown
you wont see anything till you use your cursor and create shape then you'll have a shape layer

So the shape layer is automatically created once I've created a shape? That's all I needed to know. Thanks!
