Hi All, I am looking for a photoshop template that will turn any photo into a light switch plate cover. Would like edges to possibly fade in order to make it look to have edges. Dimensions would be 2 3/4" wide x 4 1/2 " tall, typical size of plate. Any help on this would be very appreciated. Could you also tell me if it can be easily adjusted to 4 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall.
Many thanks..........

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Hard to explain but I'll do my best.
I want to be able to put any photo into this template and have it look like a light switch plate example center hole for switch, 2 screw holes top/bottom. And if I were to print it out the photo it would fit exactly over a household switch plate. Same concept as a template you'd use for making a cd label. This template would be used to align accurate placement of holes in photo and the resizing of photo.

HI, Yes this is exactly what I'm looking for. What about posting it to somewhere like rapidshare or megaupload. Free online storage sites....
Let me know either way, thanks for your time.

Hi, Yes that is perfect. What method would you use in order to bring the switch opening and holes through the photo that is dragged on top?
Thank you very much for your time......couldn't be better

Place the image layer on bottom, you'll see right thru the switch plate

I realize this an old post, but I've been looking for instructions on how to do this exact thing. I was googling and came across this post.

I can't pm the author, but would love to know how to achieve this in Photoshop elements. I'd like to do this for different sized switch plates. Is there a way I could get instructions somehow? Thanks so much.
