How do i copy and paste a image from one pic in the project been into another image?

Open your image to copy. Ctrl+C will copy it into your clipboard. Open the image you want to paste it into. Ctrl+V will paste it into a new layer in that image.
Or did I misunderstand the question?

you got it I did that but then its just in the middle of my pic.
I tried to move it but i dont know how.

Use the Move tool. Select the Move tool. Click and drag whatever you want to move.

Or .... with the move tool selected, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move in 1 pixel increments. Shift+Arrow keys moves (I believe) 10 pixels.
