Hi
It's been years since i've posted it feels pretty good!
I have a problem.
I have a hand drawn map (60 years old) that had some ink on it.
The paper got wet so you can imagen the mess.
see it here: www.threefooter.com/map
The people that want it cleaned want the results to be as close to original as possible. Would rather I did not clone blocks etc.
Any ideas how to simplify my cleaning?
Hope you guys have an answer or I'm in for some long hours....
Regards,

Somehow I started another thread...sorry.
It's a hand drawn map of a POW camp in Germany during WWII.
This peoples grand father was a prisoner for a year. He drew all kinds of maps and drawings in his journal during that time on red cross paper... very interesting stuff.

Hi Lasa,
Taking a quick look and knowing that they do not want you to clone images .... the best you could do is use the clone stamp/heal tools and go to town.
What I would do is use the clone stamp to get "CLEAN" parts of the map and stamp around ALL of the pencil/pen marks and then once that is done, you can cut and paste large chunks of the "PAPER" and then use the heal tool to make it all look right. (I hope that makes sense to you).
It will NOT be an EASY task, but then again not THAT hard.
If you need any help in this just ask again
