Sweet dude, not sure what you mean by running them down, but if you could that would be great! Any ideas on how to make those backgrounds? |

I'll see if I can answer these in order.
1) This is something a bit beyond my available time. I'm sure I could figure it out, but don't have the time.
2) Just looking at this, I believe it was done in 3 parts. Part 1 is to create one SIDE of the image. Part 2 is to create the MIDDLE image. Part 3 is to copy/paste/flip horizontal the SIDE piece and place it on the other side. After all that, you can place your text on it (actually you could place your text on it at any point ... your choice).
3) This is done using LAYERS and the ANIMATION toolbar. Now if you have specific images you want to try this with, let me see them, and I'll begin walking you through this process.
