I have read that adding keywords to the metadata helps you find a photo you are looking for from a large library of images. My questions is...
can you add keywords to you photos to help search spiders to find them and display them on search results? |

Hey Stinklove,
Most search engines pay little attention to keywords these days. I'm not expert here, but I'd suggest 2 things to help your online images show up in search engine results.
Firstly, name the images carefully. Ensure that the image file name matches the primary keywords you would assign it.
Secondly, when adding images to a webpage, ensure you are using alt text. Not only is this good for users who have images turned off and the visually impaired, but search engines use it to categorize the files.
Hope that helps _________________ Matt
