I don't think it's that bad... all things considered. I think you have to think of it as something for occasions, special dates, etc. Not going to be a weekly thing, or whatever. If you go on a special date and you go to a nice restaurant and to a movie, it all adds up and this way, it's in the same place, without using the gas to get from one to the other. Plus, it looks like it's nicer than a regular theater, anyway, with less people, too. But, I don't know how sustainable it'll be as a business. I guess they'll find out. :)

yea, we've had that in australia for some time now. i remember my friends seeing lotr in gold class. it's wierd to see it just coming out over there.

the biggest plus side to it that they didn't mention in the clip is that gold class is 18+ cos of alcohol consumption, meaning no irritating kids yelling out in the movie.

Looks cool, as you say though, not a weekly experience! Maybe a birthday, or a first date as Patrick says!
