sorry if this has been posted elswhere, its my first post and new to photoshop elements:
i am designing my wedding dvd cover, we have a great photo of us and we wish to have this on the front of the DVD, we want to cut out the background of the picture so the cover will show us and only a title at the to of the cover, i intend printing the cover on photo paper.
all we want on the cover is our photo with a plain white background together with a title ....!
any ideas.... |

Hey Mike,
If you're using Elements I think I'll suggest trying the Extract tools. It all depands on the type of image of course, but if you plan to cut yourselves out of the background you'll find Extract will help reduce edge fringing and 'cut' hair more realistically.
You'll need to start off with a large document and a white background. Leave the text until last.
Hope that helps _________________ Matt
