It seems every other site I'm on I see this Background and Don't have a Clue how its Made.(TINY LINES)
I've seen it in BLUE,ORANGE,BLACK,GREEN ETC ETC
Have also seen it done in Carbon-Fiber
I've been On good-tutorials.com and don't know what to type in to even try to find it
Does anyone have a link to a How to, please or can tell me step by step

hey man, i think you've solved your own problem. can't you just copy and paste that image a number of times and presto, you have a bg?
or, if you desperately want to make it your self, choose the line tool and draw a line at an angle. Then copy that line across. repeat that until you have your bg. time consuming but it'll work.
