Can someone please translate this into photoshop speak for me?
http://frontpagesolutions.com/photofiltre/t/15/index.htm
I would like to:
1. Make the greys in my images turn to BLACKS.
2. Use the paintbrush tool to color foliage WHITE, lately when I select the paint brush using the "color mode", everything I color (grass) comes out grey rather than white. Today, somehow, I was able to temporarily use the paintbrush to color foliage white (like actually white), the exact effect I want, now I'm not sure how I did it, can someone please remind me? I've tried converting regular images using IR effects from other tutorials (levels, color range, etc.) and was not very pleased but I am VERY impressesd with what the tutorial at the top of this post is showing, exactly what I'm trying to achieve (white foliage, deep blacks, fuzzy look to the whites rather than the graininess I've gotten from other tutorials). As far as getting foliage white the paintbrush worked great (now I can't reproduce what I did, unless you can please help/remind me).
3. Have the tutorial above in photoshop-speak for future reference, the program above I was very uncomfortable using.
Please help me accomplish this, and I'll be sure to post of images of what I've come up with. Thanks for your help and time. |
