Well, i'm working on my friend's photo and everything is going well
except... his chin
he's a little overweight so his chin is... (i don't know how to describe it but you know what i mean)
i tried everything i could, even the liquify tool didn't help me
so how can i fix it?

Mysterious,
Try to copy the chin and the neck to separate layers and warp them (Edit > Transform > Warp)

Hi Mysterious,
- Select the chin
- Feather the selection by 5 px or so
- Copy the selection to new layer
- In the Layers palette, reselect the Background layer
- Select the neck (w/o double chin), feather selection, and create another layer via copy
Now you have the "neck" layer behind the "chin" layer
- Pull down "Edit > Transform > Warp" and stretch the middle as to cover the double chin area:
- Select the upper (chin) layer and adjust its shape as needed:
- Retouch the remaining flaws with the Clone Stamp, Patch, or Brush tool:

thanks for the help
but it looks like i just suck at this wrap thing
anyway, i fixed his chin using liquify
it doesn't look very good like yours but it still looks natural
