Im completely stumped on this one. Yesterday i was using photoshop and everything was working perfectly.

Today i opened up photoshop started a new project. Then i made a new layer and went to draw a rectangle with the rounded rectangle tool and it just comes out white not matter what color i try to make it. Why is it not letting me choose a color for the shape?
