I need to know how to enable a clipping warning in camera raw and how to modify the colour shown when there is highlight clipping. Any further information regarding clipping would be useful. Many thanks.

Hey Tony,
Click on the triangles on the top of the histogram in Camera Raw. That turns on/off the clipping preview.
The Recovery slider adds weight back into the clipped highlight (provided something is there to add to.)
