I know that there are websites online that allow you to download free brushes and stamps. However, whenever I try downloading them, I can't figure out how to get them onto Photoshop to use.  Does anyone know how to get these free downloadable brushes and stamps into Photoshop to be used?

Hello,
Put downloaded ABR file into your "{Photoshop program folder}\Presets\Brushes\" folder.
