Hi

Not new to Photoshop been using for quite sometime but I just can't get this effect looking right. I've tried a few techniques but all seem to take far too long and none give me the desired result.

So if anyone can shed any light and / or point me towards a tutorial I would really appreciate it.

Here's a couple of sources..
Now they're not exact....but it's a good place to start..Then you can just play with it until you get it right.

Thanks for that.

I've checked out a few similar tuts but none included the brushes were this one does so it should be much easier to follow exactly.
