Hi everyone. I am new to the board and relatively new to CS3. I have CS3 on my laptop and it works great, but when I installed it on my desktop
and tried to open an image I get an error message " Could not complete request because it is not the right kind of document". My images are in the RAW format and my operating system is Windows Vista. I have no trouble opening RAW images with CS3 on my laptop so I don't know what the problem is. I AM able to open images with Canon's DPP.....but I want to be able to edit them on CS3. Any help would be VERY much appreciated.
