This is a 2 part question.
1. I have an image which consists primarily of red and green values with very little blue. The image appears orange/brown overall.
Is there a way to convert all the pixels to their exact blue "equivalent"? I don't even know if this makes sense since I don't know how RGB works. I want the feel of the image to remain unchanged (shadows, luminosity - everything), just with a blue tint instead of red.
Based on this image, I would imagine there is a geometric formula for calculating either of two opposites to a given color bias...
R bias: geometric opposite for G and B <- what I would want
G bias: geometric opposite for R and B
B bias: geometric opposite for R and G
Again, this is just my assumption. Please let me know of the actual way to do this, if any.
2. Is there a way to do this to an entire image without manually adjusting each color in the image?
I tried using Image > Adjustments > Replace Color, but I can't get consistent results, and I have to select precisely which colors I want to replace with what. Seems near impossible to do in a large image, with thousands of different colors to replace.

Hi there,
I'm not 100% certain what you mean but it sounds like you want to replace the prominance of one channel (red?) with another (blue) in which case you may find the channel mixer helpful (Image -> Adjustments -> Channel Mixer).
