I m kinda new in Photoshop and wanted to start making layers, while looking for tutorials they could all help me but, I just don t get to see that Layer menu that i see in all tutorials...

How can I make this appear, what am i forgetting?

look man in the menu bar >file>edit>image>layer>select>filter>view>windos>help

click on windos and click on layer it should appear the layer menu

or click f7
