Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some recommendations on what version of Photoshop to buy.
I don't know what version of Photoshop to buy.
I've never used Photoshop before, I've only used the Microsoft Expressions series.
I don't know HTML or any codes what so ever.
I mainly want to make graphic designs/logos.
Thanks a lot, _________________ _blinK^ |

Hey there!
There are 2 distinct versions of Photoshop available-
Photoshop (currently at version CS3)
Photoshop Elements (currently at version 6)
The full version of Photoshop (CS3) is designed with business professionals in mind, and comes with a price tag of around $600. It's extremely powerful, and contains a whole load of advanced features.
Photoshop Elements is aimed at the home use. I've got a copy myself (it came free with my laptop) and I'm extremely impressed with how many features it includes. You're likely to be able to pick up a copy for around about $100.
If you've never used Photoshop before, and you want it to create logos and web graphics etc, I'd suggest buying Elements. It'll serve you well.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
Hope this helps _________________ Matt
