What do you do for your daily exercise? Just lately I've picked up a bike, and started cycling instead of driving around town, unless it's raining hehe.

Not too much. I try to do bicycle maneuvers everyday and I lift weights four days a week. Just to do something. :)

Bicycling is one of very few forms of exercise that I enjoy. It's pretty hilly around here, so I have a ride I do every now and then that takes me up some massive hills. But it's the down part that's really fun.

Yeah I'll agree with that.

I'm starting with the smalls but making progress all the time. I don't know if it makes it harder, but I try to stay sitting on the seat rather than standing up. It's a killer on the legs though!

If it kills your legs that's how you know it's working
