ok
first things first do u no how to use paths?
that way it will be far easier.
if not then use the polygon lasso tool. 2nd top of the toolbar on the left. Then draw a rectangle with the edges slanted like that.
fill this with any colour.
then use the lasso tool again to draw a smaller version of the same shape inside the big one and then hit delete.
CONGRATULATIONS youve just made your first custom shape.

also if the edges come out too sharp then just go round with either the blur tool set to 50% or with the eraser tool set to 70%.

Cut one corner using the Path tool.
Dupe and flop it for the remaining corners.
Connect the pieces.
Add a stroke inside.
Did this in about 3 minutes.
