I have been trying to play around with photoshop but could not figure out a way to create the flare on a card that I saw. Here is the link to the picture. [http://alienware.com/financing_pages/titanium/overview.aspx] If anyone knows how to create the blue flare on the back of the card, please let me know with step by step instructions. Thanks in advance.
