I cant get the hand tool to turn off. I'm using photoshop elements 3 for stenciling and I click something on and the hand tool pops on and doesn't let me switch to my other tools? Confused

Hey Luck,

Make sure nothing's obstructing the spacebar which is the shortcut to the hand tool. Also try switching your computer off and then on again, this will clear the cache and any strange quips that Photoshop has picked up over the session.
