Hi, I have a couple of issues since reinstalling PS CS2 on my new laptop.
I installed a butt load of actions on my photoshop and when I try to acces sthem I can only see a screens worth. I cannot scroll across to see the remaining ones which are not shown.
Any ideas?
Also I keep getting a "Profile not assigned" message on a fair few pics I open in photoshop.
Can this be switched off? |

Hi LD Ablo,
The "profile not assigned" message means that you're working on images that haven't got a colour profile assigned to them. You can change what Photoshop does about this issue by going to Edit > Colour Settings.
In reference to the actions issue, are you saying that you have more actions than you can see inside the actions palette? Are you working in button view?
Hope this helps _________________ Matt

Cheers for the colour management advice.
Yes, I have more actions than I can see.
I have list view I believe but I may be wrong.
I am a n00b after all.
I basically click the actions tab, click the arrow and a list appears and there are way too many for me to see.
How would I see them all? |

Hmmm I take it you've expanded the view of the palette and tried scrolling the scrollbar down? _________________ Matt

It is probably better if I show you.
As you can see it goes up to 'I' and I canot see beyond there. |

Wow - that's some collection of Actions!
I've never seen that many before!
Maybe you'll have to consider keeping only the actions you're going to use on a regular basis in the actions folder - maybe leaving the rest in a seperate folder just outside the directory?
Not ideal but I can't think of how to get around the problem off the top of my head. _________________ Matt
