I am wondering, about blured text. I know there are techniques to ease a blured photo, but those deal with low-levels of blur. To blur out text so that it can't be seen, requires a lot of bluring. The whole purpose is to make it so nobody can read it. But is there a way to reverse the process through filters and plugins, and where is the threshold, after which blured text cannot be recovered?

I have created a PSD file containing text, and then blured text. I have tried a couple techniques that my photoshop teacher told me but none were able to make the letters/numbers readable. After that he didn't know what to do. So I ask here, hopefully someone can tell me a few techniques that are will alleviate the blur.

Also, I know at a certain point that it's impossible. What I want to know, is what processes can be used before that point.

I thank you all very much in advance.
