Hi, Ill start off by explaining my question...
Pretty sure you guys have seen this, where theyll be a picture in the background. Then there'll be a image over that one but its transparent.
Ive seen something about opacity or something like that but it didnt really turn out how I wanted it. Ill post a pic later today for an example. But if anyone knows what Im talking about for now. Id like to know if there's a tutorial on that, or if someones willing to post one. Ive looked but I just dont know what you would call it.

Hi tgskills,

An example would be nice. Meanwhile, have you tried a different blending mode. Select the top layer, and then click the word 'normal' at the top of the layers palette to open a blending menu. Scroll through them to see their effects!
