Can anyone help me work out how this photo was processed from its original RAW form off the camera to the final image?
Step by step help appreciated!

This is totally sloppy and so, so wrong, but fun.
Make a new layer, and fill it with a tint from the picker that you like.
Set that layer to "color". Let the fun begin.
