I'm hoping someone will point me in the right direction.

What is the best way to edit this falttened image in Photoshop 5.0?

I need to delete the red performance badge, Move the Sunsation down towards center then move the flags up towards center and enlarge them.

I've been using the magic wand and keep getting frustrated.

Image wont attach and I resized it. Please see the logo at www.sunsationboats.com
