I have an image that i need to print onto canvas and wrap around a one inch thick frame. The image i have been given is tightly cropped and i know that i will lose some of the detail around the edge once i wrap it around the canvas. Is there anyway i can clone the edge, or any other technique, to effectively make the picture larger so what i actually wrap around the frame are extra pixels and not the actual image itself...if you follow my meaning. All advice very much appreciated. |

Hello lensbuddy,
- Create 2 copies of the Background layer (tap [Ctrl+J] twice)
- Pull down "Image > Canvas Size" and increase width and height by 2 inches
- Select the lower copy of Bacground layer
- Press [Ctrl+T] and stretch it _________________ Andrei Doubrovski
