Hi,
I have just started using photoshop, I current do a lot of architectural photography (especially of houses) and when I take pictures pointing the camera upward slightly all the angles go out and the photos look unprofessional. I have been told I can correct this in Lens Correction but have struggled to work out how to do it. Are there any tutorials on this website or general help I can use. Would be very much appreciated.
Thanks. |

Hi Stephen
Open up the Lens Correction filter from the Filter>Distort menu. Turn on the grid by using the checkbox at the bottom of the preview window, now the idea is to correct vertical and horizontal distortion by using their respective sliders in the transform section. You should also see a remove distortion slider at the top of the dialogue box, I'd suggest you try adjusting it first as it's usually a great one-hit solution if the distortion is fairly uniform across the image.
Hope this helps _________________ Matt
