Hello Everyone. Please excuse my Photoshop infancy, I just started using PS cs3 v10 today and have no prior experiences with previous versions or ANY other versions for that matter. Like I said, excuse my Infancy, as in newborn with the umbilicord still attached!

I am looking to build my first website and in doing so I thought it would be best to start with some templates. I found one with a gif of a cowboy with a gun and mask. However, I would like to modify it. After downloading it I noticed that the cowboy gif was broken into 3 pieces.

Here is the template, 3rd one down.

I know its primitive but Im just getting my feet wet.

Thanks
