I am fairly new to photoshop and I am trying to combine two photos. Basically I have a shirt and I am trying to get a seal onto the shirt in a way so that I can move the seal to where I want it. I have been able to cut and paste, but it will not let me decide where I want the seal or move it. I am using photoshop elements if that helps. I have also tried layering but I don't understand how it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also tried to search for a previous topic but I must not know the exact search words to use. Thanks
