Hello,
I'm an XP user and i just got PSE 4.0. I'm kind of a noob at it and really dont know much about Photoshop. So is elements 4.0 a good program for a begginer. Thanks For your time.

It's an excellent application all round.
Once you learn the basics you'll be amazed at how far you can go!
