Can someone teach me how to change hair color?
and how to make the skin look flawless ( the skin looks clean and no acne or anything ) |

Hi there
Those two subjects cover a lot of ground, may take a while to perfect these kinda edits! I'd recommend reading a book on Photoshop, perhaps one based on photographic manipulation. In the mean time, try the repace colour command for the hair, and the healing brush for the acne!
