Hi
I have a web template with a banner along the top (see below). I want to change it so that it's red rather than blue.
Can anyone suggest how to do this?

Go Image> Adjustments> Hue and Saturation then play with the hue at the top.
alternatively u could desaturate/grayscale the image create a new layer fill the layer with a flat(or gradient) red and change the opacity of the layer to show the background.
theyll be other ways too but theyr easiest.
Edit:
gradient map works well too (image> adjustments> gradient map) choose back and foreground colour before adding gradient map

You can also play with the blending modes too..............
