Hello, I consider myself an amateur at best. This is my first draft at a worship arts & dance conference flyer for next year. Any tips to help me take it to that next level?

I can provide the PSD file if anyone is feeling generous enough to work on it. I don't have much to offer, but if you have a business I can list you as a sponsor on my site and in our souvenir books.

Here are things I already know need work:

 - Text alignment & spacing

- I don’t like the Equipping the Saints in Black

- I’m not feeling that side bar (color gradient etc)

- I need more dancing pics…I don’t think I’m going to keep the one with me in the backdrop…I just didn’t have another one handy to play with…I’d really like to integrate a picture of a crowd dancing from my last conference to really drive the point that it is a dance conference at first glance.
