Hello
Im new in this forum so i hope i post this one in the right Section 
There are all sorts of tutorials to change the eye colour but there aint any to change the eye colour if you have brown eyes because the colour doesnt look so natural so does anyone has a tutorial for me to change the brown colour Green Or Bleu

Well try this if you havn't already. Zoom in on the eye say 500%.
Select the eyeball with the elliptical tool. Go to (Layer, New adjustment layer, Color balance) then just play around with the sliders, I usually find that this is a great way to change the color od eyes and hair. Oh make sure the Feather is set to around 2 px with the elliptical tool and more.. say around 10 when doing hair.
