HI !
Firstly, i am new to photoshop but trying to learn,
When i am using brushes there is no colour, basically invisible. BUT it works sometimes and then does not! even using the exact same brush!

i have gone into the brush presets section and have noticed that the colour dynamics tool is LOCKED? i have tried everything to unlock this ,
but no joy Confused Is this causing the problem?

Can anyone help?

Hello there

Try going to the preset manager and clicking on the wing menu and selecting 'reset brushes'. Then open the brush palette and once again click into the wing menu and select 'clear brush settings' and then 'reset all locked settings'.

I wouldn't have thought that the colour dynamics would result in the extreme behavior you're getting though!
Hope this helps
