1)I downloaded some fonts and i cant seem to use them, I have CS3 on vista.
2) how do I download brushes and how can do i use them?
3) where is the best place to get these both?

i like this place for fonts.. http://www.simplythebest.net/fonts/
once you download the fonts, they are usually in zip files, open the zip file and extract to c:\windows\fonts
brushes can be found bout anywhere on the internet as well. once you download them, they go to..
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop\Presets\Brushes |

^^ What the above poster said about the fonts. Same for the brushes too, except there's another way without extracting them to the default directory.
In the brushes dialog box, click the little arrow pointing right and then press "Load Brushes". All you have to do then is find your .abr file and load it. You can do the same with the "Replace Brushes" option.
