Greetings all! This is my first post here, and I must offer my compliments on this wonderful site.
A colleague of mine recently was transfered to a cyberspace crimes unit. She was told of my interest in photography and has asked me to either a) take a photo of her and make her look a bit younger (early teens) or b) scan a picture of her from when she was a teenager and make it look "current."
Being fairly new to PS, I am not sure what course of action to take.
She told me she could submit her photo to a missing child agency, but it would take months to get the pic back, and I'm really up to the challenge. She also said using a picture of herself would be most beneficial in court.
I appriciate any help I can get, because I really don't know where to start.
