Hey guys,
I have recently purchased Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium and to my disappointment photoshop will not create a new document or open any existing file.
I have installed the software on another computer and it works.
All other programs are working fine.
Does anybody have an idea of what might be causing this?

Do you mean it freezes, or just won't give you access to those commands?
Have you tried to reinstall it?

If I go onto file > new the window will come up but when I select OK an error message appears saying "Adobe Photoshop CS3 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
This is the same if I try and open a file.
Have tried to re-install but same problem occurs. |
