Hi All,

I've been struggling to find anything on this on the net so thought you gurus might know.

I'm trying to re-create the effect that Guy Ritchie uses in the Intro to the movie snatch.

To know what I'm on about you can see it here:

I'm trying to recreate the effect where the movie pauses on a character, the colours change and the guys name comes up.

Anyone got any ideas on how I can achieve this?

Thanks

Tom

looks like a colored background with a five or six level stencil filter and some masking work. Doesn't look too complex. You can expect to work a little bit making the tones in the photo look smooth, maybe throw a color layer over the final to contaminate the photo portion.
