Well there is two ways.
1. Hit the Gym and get a tan
2. I think you can save the texture has a brush, but that I'm not sure

You may have already gotten your answer, but if not, if you are wanting to exactly duplicate the image, you can just copy and paste to a selection. If you are wanting just the texture and tone, (this may be the hard way but it is how I did it just to see if I could do it) make a selection in the image you want to apply texture and tone. Make another selection of the texture and tone image, click edit and copy. Go back to the other image and click edit and pasted into. Then you just have to transform to make your texture and tone fit. You may have to do some other work to make it look just the way you want, but, this will work very quickly.
