I have an floor plan image that is 1" = 5 meters, I need to convert this to 1/8"= 1'. Thanks to anyone who can help me do this.

Downsize the image by 48.768%

The math behind this:

Code:
You have: 1" = 196.85" (5 meters)

You need: 1" = 96"

96" is 48.768% of 196.85" [(96/196.85) * 100]
