I need a good banner made for my site.
This was my effort but I think its pretty terrible: -
Its for a football web site. Im willing to pay if someone can make me a real good one. I don't mind if you wanna do it for free 
If no one can help me out, could someone point me to somewhere that could!

looks like you are further ahead than most, in that you have atleast attempted to make your own.
I think with some playing around you can create your own.
