Okay, my first issue is more of wishful thinking. See, I used to use a program called Paint Shop Pro X for photo-editting, and there was a feature on it that curved the edges of your item to make it look 3D, like a button. Naturally, it was called "buttonize." So I thought, "Surely if PhotoShop CS3 is so much more expensive than PSPX, then they must have some way of doing this," and yet I could find none. Anyone know how to help me with this?

Second of all, I'm trying to post an Image that I made for an avatar on another forum. However, I can't post an image larger than 100x100 or with a file size of 18Kbs or over. It's ridiculous, I know, but it must be done. Anyways, my file-size now is around 27.5Kbs. I need to make it fit, but every time I adjust something like the dpi, it doesn't save as a smaller file-size. I tried to look up the "Save for web or Device" feature, but it keeps telling me to use the "Optimize" menu which does not exist at all! Please, someone help me out.

Please and thank you.

With your second question, what image type are you exporting as? JPEG, GIF or BMP (or another type)? Try using GIF - the quality isn't as good as JPEG, but the file size is certainly smaller. Opposite goes for BMP - its file size is bigger, while the quality is much the same. Try different formats, but don't necessarily use the "Save for Web..." dialog. Its more commonly used for web page exporting more than avatars - try just exporting it through the File>Save As, see if it shrinks it somewhat.

Good luck.
