Hello

I am a newb and needing some guidance re repairing photos that were ruined due to sand being on a lens. Eg, the left side where the sand was is very blurry. Expectations are realistic, any improvement even if slight would be good.
Edit: I have attached the photo, its typical of the ones I shot with sand grains on the lens, you can see on the left hand side of the hammock the blurring, foggy portion. Any pointers on improving this would be most appreciated.
