Hi,
i am currently undertaking a project and the size of the canvas im using is 138mm by 117 mm, but i need a resolution of 300dpi for the printers, but as soon as i increase the resolution the size of the canvas increases aswell.

I was wondering if this is meant to happen and if not how can i have 300dpi without changing the size?

any help would be great.
